An Authentic Therapeutic Experience
I am a LMFT providing services to adults, college students, and adolescents. I help clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, navigating neurodiversity, and trauma.
Clients often report I deeply listen, provide reflective feedback, and challenge the barriers standing in the way of their personal growth. I apply mindfulness, deepening one’s self-awareness, increasing self-compassion, and finding acceptance for where one is in the present moment.
I utilize therapeutic techniques drawn from:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Polyvagal Theory
Internal Family Systems
Attachment-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
During therapy I am accompanied by my dog Happy, offering important life lessons animals bring to our lives. My personal goal as a therapist is to encourage all beings to fearlessly honor who they are, to find the tools necessary to live freely as the person they want to be, and to engage in their relationships with true connection.
